God at the Heart of it All
"And the Lord God said, 'It is not good that man should be alone; I will make him a helper comparable to him.'"
- Genesis 2:18
"He who finds a wife finds a good thing, and obtains favour from the Lord."
- Proverbs 18:22
"Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ also loved the church and gave Himself for her, that He might sanctify and cleanse her with the washing of water by the word, that He might present her to Himself a glorious church, not having spot or wrinkle or any such thing, but that she should be holy and without blemish."
- Ephesians 5:25-27
Our Beliefs
We are dedicated to promoting traditional values in relationships, firmly believing that these principles are deeply rooted in the teachings of the Bible. We understand that a successful marriage is built on a foundation of mutual respect, love, and a clear understanding of each partner's role. Our mission is to help individuals find meaningful connections that honour these values, fostering relationships that reflect God's design for marriage.
We believe that the role of a wife is one of profound significance, as outlined in Proverbs 31:10-31. This passage describes a virtuous woman who is strong, wise, and dedicated to her family. We celebrate the qualities of nurturing, managing the affairs of the home, and supporting her husband, recognising that these attributes are not only admirable but essential in creating a harmonious household. By embracing the role of a traditional wife, women can cultivate an environment where love, faith, and family thrive.
We believe in the significance of the biblical wife, who embraces her role with grace and dedication. Ephesians 5:22-24 instructs wives to submit to their husbands as to the Lord, highlighting the beauty of this dynamic within a loving marriage. This submission is a powerful expression of trust and respect she has for her husband. A wife who submits to her husband creates a nurturing environment where both partners can thrive, allowing the husband to lead with confidence and wisdom.
In this traditional lifestyle, the husband is called to be the spiritual leader of the family, as outlined in 1 Timothy 3:1-5. He is tasked with providing for and protecting his family, creating a safe space where love and faith can flourish. When a wife supports her husband in this role, she not only strengthens their bond but also contributes to a household that reflects the love of Christ. Together, they embody the partnership described in Genesis 2:24, where a husband and wife become one flesh, united in purpose and devotion.
Embracing these beliefs we hope to work together to initiate relationships that reflect the love of Christ and the beauty of traditional values. We want to help find that perfect match, rooted in faith and dedicated to a life of love, service, and commitment, where both partners honour their God-given roles in a thriving marriage.
